MEET THE H.O.D
Mr. Olutunde Paul Ayoola brings extensive knowledge and experience, with a solid educational background. He holds a BSc in Purchasing & Supply Management and an MBA in Business Administration. His qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Marketing and a Final Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management. With his expertise, Mr. Ayoola leads the department towards excellence.
How it all began
The Procurement Department started in April, 2010, on a Committee basis so as to take care of all procurement process within the hospital. The member of the Committee includes:
1. Engr. C. O. Oduronbi
2. Dr. Oguntoyinbo
3. Mr. P. A. Olutunde
4. Mr. Oladipupo F. A.
5. Mrs. Bankole N. N.
6. Mr. Akintunde C. O.
The Committee later metamorphosized into a Unit in 2013 after the pioneer members of the department passed the Procurement Conversion Programme. The pioneer converted members of the staff are:
1. Engr. C. O. Oduronbi
2. Mr. P. A. Olutunde
3. Mrs. Bankole N. N.
The other administrative members of the department are:
1. Mr. Sanyaolu
2. Mr. Akande
3. Mrs. Toyin Egunjobi
4. Mrs. Akingbesote – Secretary to the department
Over the years, the department have grown in size and strength during and after the retirement of the pioneer HOD – Engr. C. O. Oduronbi to the current HOD, Mr. P. A. Olutunde, presently the department have nominated and trained three (3) more procurement officers after passing of Procurement Conversion Programme as organized by the Bureau of Public Procurement. The department have engaged in many Internal, Ministry and National Program.

2. Collaborate with the budge and relevant department to prepared the budget for capital project
1) company internal registration to the local tender
2) Tender advertisement
3) Tender opening executive
4) Tender analysis/evaluation
5) Evaluation report writing and recommendation
The department presently comprises of thirteen (13) member of staff headed by the Mr. P. A. Olutunde.
